Years of association... always kind, polite, respectful and understanding... excellent service The only shame is that it isn't open 24 hours a day..
I wonder why here on Google the Sunday time is recorded from 9:00 to 20:00, with home service, and then I call for an urgent home delivery but it's closed!
I thank Miss Dr. for making me feel better about accepting a difficulty with one of my prescriptions. She had empathy in my confrontation, I went home calmly. The few times I have gone in for some purchase because my doctor's office is upstairs, I have always been kind. A thousand thanks.
Excellent swab experience. Do it here if you need it! After being treated terribly at the Bravi pharmacy, I left without taking the swab. I called the Pharmacy Gia Spedali Civili and they set up an appointment for me 10 minutes later. Even though I booked at the last minute, the staff was efficient and extremely kind, everything went perfectly and they gave me the result certificate. Highly recommended!
