Excellent well-stocked pharmacy, friendly managers. Four stars only for the slowness in serving customers. I understand that people ask for a lot of advice but if everyone spends more than 10 minutes it becomes a problem. Perhaps I am accustomed (badly) to the more hectic life of other cities and I find a phlegm in various activities in Lanciano that is unbearable for me. I believe that in a pharmacy you need to explain everything necessary about the drug or product you are selling. It is perhaps best for the patient (in this case the client) to discuss pathologies with their doctor.

Very kind and professional staff to be envied in the area. Courtesy and kindness are the specialty of the pharmacy combined with a vast assortment of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products. It's not the paper or the eco-friendly sachet that makes the difference, but the love for your work. Always continue like this day after day. I respect you very much.

I have been to several pharmacies but a few years ago I entered this one and since then I have always gone there, I found everything you might need available, always accompanied by the smile of all the staff, always ready to give any clarification, I highly recommend it .

Courtesy, availability and professionalism... I could list an infinite number of them but these are the main characteristics of this pharmacy!! I wouldn't change it for anyone and it's the only one managed by women only.
