When I went recently (twice) the same clerk served me and both times he tried to give me useless and expensive wipes (more than 10 euros). The second time I asked for eye drops for conjunctivitis and he gave me an absolutely useless homeopathic preparation. There were 4 clerks, but only one was serving, the others pretended not to see the queue of customers (there were 6 of us waiting) and one was chatting friendly with a customer she knew without caring about the people in the queue. I won't go back there again. The staff that was there a while ago were much kinder and more attentive to customers.
It's the pharmacy where I've been going for years now and I'm very happy with it. Wonderful staff, very kind and very good. I recommend it
The Giaccone Pharmacy is around the corner from my house. I have been a customer of theirs for years, the staff is very kind, polite and helpful. It is stocked with many other products in addition to medicines. Recommended.
