I had to queue twice, the first to register for the swab (by appointment) and the second time to pay for it (couldn't you have made me pay immediately?). I find it unprofessional that one of the two sterile wooden tongue depressors used for the swab, once the bag was opened and dropped on my coat, was still used by the operator to insert it into my mouth in search of the bacterium: next time change it! I asked for some disinfectant gel to clean my hands after using a pen to fill out a document, because it wasn't present. I would like to recommend that you wear a mask and sanitize your hands BEFORE using the pen.

The request for a pack of cardioaspirin for a 78 year old heart patient was refused, there is a protocol that allows the sale just have a form printed and signed. Evidently the Doctor was too tired to do it or didn't know the rules. Anyone who carries out this profession should know them, I recommend studies
