All the staff very kind and helpful 🍀
It was suggested to me to use an absolutely wrong shampoo for my condition, causing severe irritation on my skin.
Excellent pharmacy, organized and well stocked. The swab service is fast and precise, it takes less than 10 minutes excluding queuing to get the result, and the pharmacist is very professional. The structure is modern and welcoming and the queue is well organised. The only flaw is the very slow queue due to the staff, inside the queue very often gets blocked because a pharmacist is talking to a customer about personal matters, it happened to me several times, completely blocking the queue. It happened on my birthday when I was in a hurry to make an urgent purchase and it took me almost half an hour to do so. For the rest, a good pharmacy, I recommend it if necessary.
Disorganization and slowness despite booking my daughter's vaccine made her wait at least an hour...!
