very fast service! come in and say out loud what you need. You will be served in 30 seconds despite other customers in the queue protesting. However friendly staff and well kept place.

Very bad experience. I purchased a supplement for pregnant women from them ( NataleBen Oro) for 22 euros. The package was supposed to contain 28 sachets, but in the evening when I opened the package to take the sachet I realized that there were only 25 sachets. The next day I called immediately to report it, and they told me it's strange, it's never happened something like that, because I didn't immediately go to the pharmacy to point it out (he questioned the lack of sachets). If I have been using this supplement for a couple of months now and also used it in my first pregnancy, I'm the one who says it's strange and given the price it doesn't seem right to me. They told me to stop by the pharmacy to see what could be done. When I got there, they told my husband that I can't do anything more than report it to the depot. What service is this!? But if I needed these medicines for a 28 day cure, I would pay for another box to get the 3 missing sachets. The good thing is that they didn't try to find a solution, nothing at all, but in the meantime they took all of the 22 euros immediately. Disappointed with this disservice and the responses.
