The pharmacists were very polite and welcoming. Had purchased a wrong sunscreen ( tainted), came to exchange the product two days later with a receipt: they gladly helped me to do so
I agree with the lady for her criticism of the service. A friend bought anti-wrinkle products for €100. I then went to ask for advice on effective use and the explanation was given with an annoying arrogance and superficiality. Doctor Girotti, I will go online to inform myself. I'm just sorry that your consultancy service is like this. (Response to your answer: I would add that I was welcomed barefoot. Having said that, if you have informed yourself and simply listened to your employee's version, you are right to keep it.) From man to man: can you imagine that a girl is willing to invest her €100 for three of her products from her pharmacy, me making a note in my diary to have explanations because I have no idea about these products, I take time from work to go in and have a consultation from one of her collaborators and she treats me as if I were her best friend... but not in the friendly sense of the term but as if I were used to using these creams. It's as if I started explaining social networks to her in a professional way by jumping from one topic to another:. Listen to this: my friend was told to mix the creams together, her dark-haired pharmacist told me that they are identical with the only difference being the UV, then what should have been the most suitable explanation goes from placing it at a distance of minute and then advise me to wear one in the morning and one in the evening. I'm giving one star because less is not possible. Worst service ever received, and in a pharmacy you wouldn't need much but just education. Upon my arrival, 6.30pm, Thursday 21 April, I enter this pharmacy. In front of me there was a fairly elderly gentleman who was waiting for the receipt as the computers were blocked. The gentleman motions for me to come forward as he is only waiting for a receipt to be printed. The pharmacist (a fairly short girl, relatively young and brunette with a pigtail), in a very rude way without even the courtesy of a greeting, asks me what I needed, just raising her head in a very arrogant manner. I show her my recipe from the phone which she takes from my hand independently. After zooming in, he tells me he doesn't know the medicine recognized throughout the world, paraphrasing « but what is this? ». Her colleague replies that obviously the pharmacy had 4 types of this molecule. The colleague hands her the medicine which she slams on the counter. I kindly ask you the price. As I open my wallet he tells me in a highly rude tone to move, accompanied by a hand gesture to hurry up. All this while I was paying. The gentleman tells her that she can finish with me as I just had to pay and he will take the document back. How can you ask a customer to step aside during payment without even looking at her? At that point my patience was over and instead of moving I went straight out. This behavior is unacceptable in a work environment. I understand that some days can be difficult for everyone, but education should always come first. Obviously I think that if the owner had been there, faced with such absurdity, this employee would have been fired immediately.
Truly excellent service, kind doctors and above all who, when asked for a generic drug, do not propose to replace it with the more expensive "designer" one.
Here I get my monthly fill of medications, courtesy and competence.
