Rudeness and impudence. When I searched for an anti-parasitic shampoo for cats I was told: "we don't have it, let it die, one less cat." They would die!! Ps: there are humans who know how to apologize, instead of flaunting answers to have reason on their side...

I'm forced to give one star just to be able to write the review. This morning I was treated rudely by a pharmacist. The doctor was rude, impertinent to the point of wanting me to leave the pharmacy for an argument that he himself started with me. My admiration, however, goes to my colleague who witnessed everything and served me. For the rest it's really bad, some people should learn respect and work in contact with the public

Historic pharmacy in Caronno, recently renovated and expanded. Free outdoor parking available, area reserved for COVID vaccines and pharmacy area. Wide choice of products, friendly and professional staff. Recommended

Two days ago I witnessed a scene that was nothing short of shameful! The boy who works at this pharmacy verbally attacked two women, one of which was with a child, in an aggressive and shameful way. (quote out of the way...) I think they heard it all the way down the street. I myself helped the girls outside the pharmacy because they were shocked by what had happened. I think such an attitude is unacceptable. No one intervened to calm that young man down, in fact even the older pharmacist raised his voice to get the 2 women out. Shame!
