Farmacia Gramsci

Premise: Today the closing time has changed. I have a screenshot from yesterday's date with closing time at 8.30pm I found this pharmacy closed at 8.00 pm while the published closing time is 8.30 pm. I called the pharmacy at 8.04pm while I was out there, no one answered. Another person who arrived outside the pharmacy at the same time as me rang the counter, where no one answered. I should have bought a bronchodilator, a throat sanitizer and a cough syrup. Can you say shameful? I say it: shame on me! I'll tell him in person tomorrow morning! Stars below zero.

Wait 10 minutes. With free pharmacists who order creams without serving people. For me absolutely not to return. People who come to the pharmacy are usually in need.

Having the choice between many pharmacies, fortunately, I will not go to this one again. By explaining my problem and asking for the opinion of a pharmacist (who should be professional) the answer was that they don't want to take responsibility and that I should have turned to my doctor, that could be fine... but at the moment I turn my back the aforementioned pharmacist has a good laugh with her colleague I don't accept it, especially in front of other customers. Unprofessional and rude.

I learned about the wrong and improper advice given for the emergency contraceptive pill. Inadmissible and unprofessional. A case that should be reported to the competent bodies due to its seriousness.
