Super 🔝
Even though there were a lot of people, they allowed my daughter to take a quick anti-Covid swab without a reservation, with an absolutely adequate waiting time. Organization, kindness and a lot of patience... I really want to pay a sincere compliment to all the staff of this pharmacy!!!! You are great, keep it up. Chapeau!!!!!
Go for super service and hospitality
On August 10th while on holiday I called for a Covid swab (two 14 year old boys with colds and congestion). Made an appointment the same morning. Excellent organisation, hyper efficient and above all competent and very kind staff. Everyone smiling. Providing swabs involves enormous bureaucracy and zero earnings, but the Grassi pharmacy continues to make them to offer the service. Compliments! And thanks! PS the swabs were negative. Highly recommended for everything. Thank you.
5 stars for this wonderful staff. 5 stars for the great professionalism, 5 stars for the super friendliness. Young doctors are always available to clients, especially the elderly, few have this natural gift, they have it. Year grace and kindness , and a lot of patience. Good, good, good. I will never change pharmacy again. No. 1 in Cesenatico. 👍👍👍👌👌👌
