We ask the pharmacy staff to at least try to apologize and the owner to take action regarding what happened in the pharmacy today. With one of his collaborators This employee entered the pharmacy with a dog and frightened a child in the company of his mother. Frightened by the dog, the child broke away from his mother and entered behind the sales counter. The collaborator instead of being worried about the child's fright he scolded the mother for allowing her son to be scared and for allowing them to run away behind the desk. The mother of the child replied that the child is afraid of dogs and that he should not enter the workplace (pharmacy) with a dog also for health reasons and hygiene elsewhere "let's think about a child who is allergic to dog fur If you "Grassi pharmacy" think that this collaborator reacted according to professional standards and that of your Order. we immediately ask you to apologize for the review, on the contrary we ask you to immediately provide us with the necessary reasons for this behavior and to apologize to the mother.. In the absence of a public response. We inform you that the order of pharmacists in Bergamo will be notified of what happened, with the aggravating circumstance that the event happened in the presence of a special child =/// -------------------------------------------------- -------- As we had imagined. You deny the facts, instead of being responsible and professional in accepting the fact. By doing so you indirectly help this employee to repeat this discriminatory behavior towards honest customers. Among other things, we are not against those who keep pets, but in public establishments, those who do not accept them due to various problems must be taken into account without discrimination. Among other things, we believe that this discriminatory behavior, as well as in violation of professional standards, made our son scared and the mother felt bad due to this behavior. So your response goes hand in hand with the behavior of your actions It is worth remembering that this behavior does not comply with ethical standards, but can be considered criminally relevant So we renew the request to apologize to the special child and the mother, this may not seem like much, but it would cheer up the mother's spirits.
The code of ethics says that the pharmacist is required to inform the patient about the existence of equivalent drugs. The opposite happened to me from Dr. Grassi, I asked for "paracetamol" and was necessarily offered "Tachipirina" (Angelini) which they have on a megaposter in the shop window - ...because "we don't really stock the generic". To my complaints - why not keep it? will it be the most used drug in the world? - the doctor herself points out to me that the law allows it and that the options are there: * I have the right to order the generic and come by tomorrow. * or I could go to the doctor, get a prescription for tachipirina, they would sell it to me at the price of the generic. Excellent isn't it? (for reference now I use it in Via Ruggiero da Stabello, where they don't have this policy) P.S. I would like to point out that the answer absolutely does not deny the fundamental point, that is, the "no, we don't have it" attitude. The poster must have been inside not outside - I had a bad headache and it didn't change anything It makes you think that they are talking about my supposed "figure" in being upset to hear "we don't really keep it" (for a completely different reason than the price difference) while he doesn't answer on the main fact it says everything about the general attitude and confirms my correct review, with many regards.
I would like to thank the pharmacy staff for the availability and humanity shown to me and my family for over a decade. I wish you an excellent 2024 and send you my best regards.
Really friendly and very competent staff..I am very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone..well done
Welcoming, very tidy, large pharmacy. Only upon entering do you understand the care that is taken for the environment and consequently for the customer. Never short of staff which in my opinion is excellent because queues and waiting are avoided... for someone like me who is always in a hurry it's gold!! I also find there is a lot of choice of products for personal care and these are often offered on days dedicated to customers. 👍🏻👍🏻The points card is also excellent and never hurts😊
