Nice and Good service!
Too bad I couldn't give zero stars! The older blonde lady at the checkout is too unpleasant, every time I see her it's always with an annoyed face! Never seen such a pharmacy, really disgusting! With all these negative reviews they still don't improve, but truly speechless!
Too bad I can't give zero stars!!! It may well be provided and in a good position but, after various negative experiences in terms of reception and working efficiency, this last time, Saturday 12/22/22, the lack of working efficiency and availability concerned my dog, the my world. JACKY, my dog has ear infection, the vet prescribes me a drug, I go there, I leave the prescription, I am called back to be informed that the drug has arrived... I go to collect it but, the doctor with a foreign accent, thinking that she was smart and I was stupid, she says to me :" she just wants one pack, right?". I :" ABSOLUTELY NOT, THE PRESCRIPTION CLEARLY says quantity 2, I shouldn't have told you the quantity, having left the prescription, it was It's your job to read it and order the correct quantity...she replies: "But is your dog that old? Isn't one pack enough for you? Politely, I limited myself to answering, she is very ill and the vet prescribed 2, so I need 2... (I would have liked and perhaps should have told her more but, sometimes, too much education doesn't allow you to do so) .well, at that point the drama begins...but, did we tell you that the company that supplies us with this drug doesn't deliver easily etc etc, does it just take this one and order the other one again? I: "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" . I said goodbye, because I was polite and left.... Obviously I didn't even take the single dose they had there, because I CLEARLY needed 2. I have always overlooked it but, this time, they have reached the peak of the lack of professionalism and customer care. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again. PS the owner demonstrated the most absolute indifference therefore, she shared and covered up the failure to carry out the correct procedure by her employees and demonstrated total indifference and arrogance towards the customer, myself in this case. Today I quickly found the product I was looking for in Mascali, with kindness and friendliness, and I also purchased something else. If simple pharmacists, employees and the owner included, behave like this, I wonder what an oncologist, a cardiologist and in general the surgeons who, in general, save lives should do... HUMILITY VAST PHARMACY, HUMILITY and DON'T LIE, admit your mistakes. Have respect for your HUMBLE CUSTOMERS!
The pharmacy is well stocked, the only flaw is the lack of empathy with customers, the atmosphere is heavy. In my opinion they don't know what it means to deal with the public. When you enter you have the impression of being a nuisance, yet they live thanks to those who need medicines. It may be a historic pharmacy but they haven't learned anything from history 😉
What a disgusting welcome! Before reviewing I read a bit about what others thought, I confirmed that in fact they treat everyone badly. It will also be provided but go and do a reception course… No stars.
