I called this morning to purchase a medicine to be delivered to my home, the person who answered was very courteous and helpful and got me the medicine as quickly as possible. I must also add that even if you go to the pharmacy in person, the staff is very friendly and immediately willing to give you advice. A thousand thanks
some really kind pharmacists, but one in particular refuses to give anything without a prescription, things that do not require a prescription, and which I have easily found in other pharmacies without any third degree. It's not the first time this has happened to me in this pharmacy, but only with this pharmacist, and with a rude attitude.
Not famous for kindness and courtesy. According to a doctor who works in this pharmacy "the emergency room report does not constitute a medical prescription". I went to buy some veterinary medicines for my dog who needed them very urgently. I turn to a doctor on the right, usually a little kinder, who tells me that the drugs need to be ordered and would arrive the following day. However, he informs me that the prescription has no value and without it I would not have been able to collect the medicine. I also have problems with the iron supplement (which can be sold without a prescription anyway). I had with me the dog's medical record with the medical report, with the veterinary doctor's stamp and signature and all the necessary and sufficient codes but the problem was a code that according to this doctor was not present on the report and therefore had no prescription value. To that I say that the report always has the value of a prescription. But he insists that the Standard... the barcodes he has to scan.... the report has no prescriptive value..... He is much more up to date than a veterinary doctor and the Legislator. Above all, he knows how to write a medical prescription but the doctor who writes it doesn't!!!! In fact, I asked this doctor how it was possible that the medical record issued did not contain the prescription but he insisted that he had to scan this code, that he was right and I was wrong. I needed the drugs very urgently, I was very worried about my dog's health and survival, knowing that I would have to go again to the clinic where I had spent the previous 10 days of hell demoralized me. Above all I thought HOW CAN IT BE THAT THE DOCTORS DIDN'T GIVE ME A NECESSARY, MANDATORY AND LAW COMPLIANT DOCUMENT? I go out, call the clinic and the doctor reassures me by telling me that the report complies with all legislative standards, that all the necessary and sufficient barcodes were present. I went to another pharmacy, they told me the same thing the vet told me and they gave me the drugs. I can imagine why it becomes a good source of satisfaction to place yourself on one step higher than the other, not respecting his intelligence and his person, inventing rules that must be followed because 'I am me and you are nobody'.
I have lived in this neighborhood since 1996 and the Greek pharmacy has always been the point of reference for me and my family. They always know how to advise you and why not, even reassure you. Not to mention the kindness and treatment towards us loyal customers. I recommend it to all the inhabitants of our area
Great professionalism and courtesy of the Greca brothers, a welcoming place capable of offering an excellent level of privacy if necessary. The "Celiac Disease" department is very updated with products that are difficult to find in other pharmacies. I highly recommend the Greek pharmacy to anyone looking for a point of reference in our city!!
