I come in at 12.30 on Sunday with ear infections and a swollen ear and I show them a box of medicine already purchased by them last month who had passed it on to me. Answer = talk to your doctor if you can take it again. I say = it's Sunday and I feel bad. Answer = go to the emergency medical service (whose monstrous queues in Voghera are known...). I then got it from another more helpful pharmacist. Moral = if you have an emergency, go somewhere else or to the hyper pharmacy where the drugs cost less.

I must congratulate the doctor who served me this evening, giving me clarifications on the prescription sent to me by email. Thank you for your patience and courtesy. Chapeau.

I was in Voghera at 1.30pm and I needed some medicine. Good thing there's this pharmacy. I found the Doctor very kind and courteous.

I gave one star because it couldn't have been less, the "doctor" who served me today 24/6/23 at around 6.15pm was scary, arrogant and pissed off, he didn't hide his annoyance at serving me and the same thing with the customer before me. I will be careful not to go in there again, given that there is no shortage of pharmacies in Voghera and they are certainly friendlier.

I appreciate that it's always open. But I give two stars for the WhatsApp info and order service, I had to order a product and they responded the next day, I tried to contact them several times by phone to ask about the availability of the drug and possibly order it, but they don't answer the phone. Poor service to say the least.
