The via tufarelli branch has usually always had friendly and qualified staff. Currently in March 2024 incompetent and rude staff have arrived. Take action otherwise many of my customers will go elsewhere!

I waited on the phone without receiving any response from the pharmacist who had left me waiting, I made further calls for a consultation as I was unable to go to the pharmacy in person but again the pharmacist answers the calls without speaking leaving me on hold , I really regret this behavior that you have shown towards me several times, you could have at least responded by saying look, try again later at the moment I can't help you, if you really had a lot of work to do because I understand it but leaving me like this on the phone I don't understand it at all I'm sorry say it but apparently it was lacking in education... I won't trust them anymore. Perhaps we should keep more in mind that when we go to a pharmacy in most cases it is for health reasons and we should not behave in this way, that is, avoiding those who are waiting with tasteless games.

Professionalism, courtesy, availability, the pharmacy is equipped with gluten-free products, a very well-stocked cosmetics department with extremely expert staff, over-the-counter products, games, products for children and promotional items. They carry out swabs and bookings for covid vaccination. I highly recommend it.

They make so many promises about the "Gluten Free" foods that were ordered and the wait was a maximum of two days while too many times it takes up to a month. Absurd!!
