We have waited for almost ten minutes and they didn’t even bother to ask if we have an emergency or not. Their careless attitute made us leave the pharmacy before they even dare to say hello. They prefered to take care of a local who came into pharmacy later, instead of us. They made us feel worthless!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The young woman will lie about the prices and rip you off. I went to purchase a box of tampons. The woman told me they were 10 euro. Astounding but I had no choice, I confirmed the price “10?” She said yes. I paid in cash 10 euro. I get back home and look at the receipt which says 6 euro. I went back about 1 hour later to explain the situation and she avoided eye contact and smirked, claiming she didn’t remember. She should be fired.
We had to get rapid covid tests for our cruise. We stumbled upon Farmacia Igea San Gallicano during our stay in Trastevere and the experience was very good! The man who performed our test was so incredibly polite, informative and kind. He inspired me to write this positive review and I do not normally do reviews!
Very friendly staff, convenient location. They do rapid Covid tests on site everyday just make sure to check the hours. 15 euros per test, cheaper than other pharmacies in the area where they charge 21 euros.
Got Rapid Covid test on a Sunday around 1:30pm before our cruise the next day. Had to be done within 24hrs. 15euro each. Quick and easy, results in 10 min. After the tech guy gives you your test results you go to a window and they will print you a document to show at the cruise terminal/airport. In Trastevere area of Rome. No appointment needed. 👍🏼
