With unforgivable delay, I thank the Guandalini Pharmacy for the professionalism and availability of the staff. Last month I needed a drug that I had no possibility of collecting independently, and by now it was too late for a delivery, Dr. Valentina offered to help me, bringing it to me at the end of the shift, thus allowing me to start promptly. therapy. Thank you very much, good work.

I went to the pharmacy with the prescription for the birth control pill. The pharmacist didn't give me the pill because "she didn't understand if there was a signature or a scribble on the prescription" and in the meantime she was giggling as if she was making fun of me. I'm really baffled, the recipe even had the necessary stamp. I had to go to another pharmacy very far away (which obviously accepted my prescription as all pharmacies in the world have always done with prescriptions identical to that one) and I will have to return there to collect the medicine. Truly uncommentable pharmacist.

They don't respect the opening hours: on Friday at 7.20pm the pharmacist decided to close even though the scheduled opening time was 8pm. The reason? "I'm alone and I have to send orders." So he closed the door in the customers' faces and told them to go to the station. But isn't having enough staff to respect the schedules of an essential service a viable option?

The reference pharmacy!! They are always super stocked, and if something isn't there... they'll get it for you immediately (and in record time)! Empathetic and discreet, professional and competent doctors. It has happened to me several times that I needed particular products or specific advice and they have always helped me with competence and patience. There is no comparison in the area! Super recommended!

I respond to the pharmacy's response: things went exactly as I wrote, there is no slander and much less teasing. An apology might have been enough, instead of denigrating me. The gentleman in question, who is obviously not me, remained in front of the pharmacy bewildered for several minutes and among other things the station is more than 10 minutes away on foot, if it were true he would have waited. I and two ladies with children had to ring the bell and beg for urgent medicines, but he couldn't do it, he was sent away. It is truly true that a nice silence was never written. It is not clear what emergency you were in: perhaps that of wanting to pay just one pharmacist instead of two to adequately supervise the service? I hope you treat me with courtesy in the future, it should be the norm instead of dishing out arrogant insults that qualify you, however I will not use you again.
