He even took the trouble to speak to me in English when he could see I was struggling to communicate effectively in Italian. A true beacon of professionalism. Thank you sir!

It should be clearly indicated that swabs. Covid starts at 09:00 in the morning (when the "nurse" arrives) and not when the pharmacy itself opens at 08:00.
