I called to urgently have an electrocardiogram because I had severe tachycardia. I was immediately listened to and understood. I immediately went for the exam and found a very kind and very good doctor. The cardiologist told me that the exam had been performed with great professionalism and with excellent equipment. The service offered is very important and is carried out scrupulously. My cardiologist was outside Catania, but was immediately able to evaluate a really well done exam
Customer service, terrible. I have purchased from this pharmacy a few times because it is close to home. On December 16th, Saturday, I requested a pack of Tachipirina 500 TABLETS. Evidently the pharmacist made a mistake due to carelessness (which can happen to anyone) and handed me a pack of 1000 suppositories, but I didn't open it then and there, it was given to me closed in the paper bag, and when I arrived home in the evening, opening it to put part of it in my suitcase (since I had to leave and I needed it to deal with my migraines) I realized that it wasn't the one I had requested, but that they were in fact supposed. The pharmacy then remained closed on Saturday evening and Sunday and would reopen on Monday morning when I couldn't change the medication because I would have already left. I returned this morning, because I returned to Catania last night, I requested an exchange and I was treated like a PEOPLE who wanted to exchange a drug taken in another pharmacy, complete with a receipt indicating the drug, mg, day and time. The lady's response was: how is it possible that from Tachipirina 500 we gave her 1000 suppositories?! It's possible. And learn to be humble in your work, that there are people who in other jobs admit mistakes even when they don't make any. Moral of the story: the drug has NOT been changed, I am forced to dispose of it because it remains unused and the money has been wasted, to be spent in another pharmacy. Very bad. Never again.
