Staff (PEOPLE!) are competent, kind, helpful and willing to spend a few minutes to understand your needs - which is definitely rare. Clear and exhaustive even on the phone. Their branded products are excellent, for example the lip emollient. Also keep an eye on the containers with offers. 10 and praise
