Farmacia Guidoni Sas

I was on site Sunday evening August 1, 2021. I couldn't find the pharmacy. I'm afraid it's no longer here, the corner room was empty. There are no signs indicating the presence of a pharmacy (the external green cross). If it has moved it would be appropriate to update its position. The evaluation is not a rating for the pharmacy (which I did not use) but refers to the position which I believe is incorrect.

Someone should explain to them the meaning of the term "pharmacy on duty": despite being declared as such, in reality the pharmacist was not present on site, and could only be activated by telephone, in case of "urgency" and if in possession of a medical prescription. A condition that is difficult to verify in a place where the vast majority of people are tourists, and for this very reason they may need a drug unexpectedly. Luckily I didn't need a life-saving drug, it would have been a mess anyway. I have never had a disservice like this in any country I have been to, even in villages with a few dozen inhabitants I have found pharmacies on duty with an internal pharmacist on duty in case of need, 24 hours a day. What a shame.

Unseemly pharmacy, despite the pharmacist being on duty inside, there was no pharmacist present who had to be activated on call only for emergencies. Luckily I only needed a PPI, if I needed an auto-injector or a beta agonist I would have laughed big time. I have seen better services in 3rd world nations
