Two days ago I had the misfortune of entering this pharmacy, where courtesy and professionalism seem to be completely foreign concepts, especially to the owner himself. I was looking for a postpartum supplement and he showed me one from a well-known brand, a bit expensive. I asked him if there was a cheaper alternative and he replied in a dry and rude way, almost as if he wanted to humiliate me in front of the other customers present and the rest of the staff. It's a shame because a few months ago I was served by a very kind employee, Dr. Elisabetta, who probably found better.

Zero kindness and professionalism, an almost humiliating way of treating customers. They ask for a prescription while other pharmacies sell without. Not recommended.

I cannot understand the rudeness of the night staff, something unacceptable. I called simply to get information on the opening hours and I was answered with an unbelievable tone and rudeness. This is not just about work ethic but also about intelligence and emotional education and therefore behavior of this type is intolerable.

Definition of rudeness. Made a quick call to get information on night shifts and availability for an urgent antibiotic, treated like a beggar. Unacceptable.

Without words. The pharmacist/owner or whoever he is, I don't know... shockingly rude and arrogant. As well as incompetent, given that he gave me the wrong product. I invite the interested person to become aware that a job in contact with the public requires at least a little education (and perhaps knowledge).
