Do you know courtesy, empathy and efficiency? Well, I'm at home here. I needed to book some medical visits coming from outside the region, I live in Piedmont. In less than 5 minutes they registered me with the Emilia Romagna healthcare system, they found a place for an MRI and they will call me back as soon as a useful date for an orthopedic visit becomes available. Thanks to the Doctor who assisted me.

Well-stocked and tidy pharmacy. It's a shame for the lack of empathy and rudeness of some, which leave something to be desired. I understand bad days, but I'm always apathetic and almost rude. I stopped going there for this reason even though we are comfortable and close.

The tall brunette girl always with a ponytail.. NEVER seen a smile, a kind word or anything like that. But can you work in a pharmacy with so much dislike? He always treats customers with indifference and as if he needs to get rid of them as soon as possible. You can tell he's competent but I swear a truck driver would know how to relate better. I hope you will read this comment and reflect on your attitude, a smile costs you nothing. How sad
