Excellent people and very prepared. But the pharmacy has two critical issues (certainly thanks to the crazy period we are experiencing) the first is that any telephone contact is impossible or almost impossible (at least these days) the second critical issue which is obviously not exclusive to this pharmacy and which queues form and gatherings so as to allow potential positives to be in the company of other, perhaps fragile, subjects... but let's say that this is a critical issue that is mainly the fault of a system poorly conceived by the state

Zero professionalism. I contact them to book rapid anti-Covid swabs.. but they assure me that (by not taking reservations) they will be able to satisfy the request... I insist given what is around where the pharmacies are under attack and book the same ones Despite my insistence they continue to assure me that there will be availability for me. Nothing...today they called me saying they couldn't satisfy the swabs for me...even saying they were sorry Professionalism is something else... Circus stuff...
