I ordered 2 boxes of Dicofer orodispersible. Once my husband got home with the order I realized that they gave him Dicofer Kids (for children). My husband goes back to the pharmacy pointing out that the wrong product has arrived, they offer to give a voucher or get the correct product back to us in a couple of days due to the weekend. Pointing out that the mistake was theirs and that we were returning to Rome from the summer holidays, therefore we would not be able to spend the voucher in any way nor possibly be able to place a new correct order, they did not want to know and instead insisted saying that we are We were the ones who ordered "dicofer kids" which I never pronounced. They were wrong several times: - when ordering, if there are multiple products (since I'm not the pharmacist) they should have asked if they were for normal or children's products, or in any case made sure they were ordering what the customer really wants - they made the mistake and instead claimed that I had asked for it, when that is not the case - even after pointing out that we were returning to Rome they refused to give us our money back, I repeat it was THEIR MISTAKE and not mine. I called and reported what had happened first to a pharmacist and then to the owner. The owner said that if they had contacted her she would have returned the money immediately, I pointed out that my husband asked the colleague to have the money back because we were leaving. The owner kindly offered to take back the products we took so as not to waste the voucher and give us our money back (which the young pharmacist had categorically refused to do) but we were now about to leave. Always ask the owner.
