Kind and helpful A warranty

I read that many appreciate the kind staff... The staff is kind WHEN they offer the most expensive product as a solution, in my case €20 instead of the powder which costs €1.2. When I asked for a less expensive alternative, his attitude changed from smiling to annoyed, not very courteous, he left my change and the envelope on the counter and disappeared instead of standing in front of the customer so that he could go away. This world has changed lately, we see a desperation to collect as much as we can at the cost of giving the customer products that they don't need. It happens everywhere, the mechanic, the doctor...everyone is desperate to put more money in their pocket and the first tip is the one that gets them a percentage and makes the customer spend more than normal. The prices are higher than other pharmacies, I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Excellent experience during closing time they waited for me to arrive to take the medicine for the little girl and it was not available in any other pharmacy within a 20 km radius

The Top, a Pharmacy with Competent and Courteous staff

Very rude! I only asked for a price for one item, and since it wasn't a purchase, the gentleman got annoyed and told me he had to do research! That I had to take the number, but there was no one there and it was my turn! S he understood that he absolutely didn't want to and Now, with Covid, they no longer need to be welcoming to customers!
