Extraordinary pharmacy, assorted, fast trained staff, in large numbers!

I have been buying the products in this pharmacy for several years and I have never had any problems, I have always felt good, I have always found courtesy and friendliness regarding the doctors who are behind the counter, the only negative experience I had just last night, I I came in to ask for information and prices regarding perfumery products as they are very particular. I needed the support of a person who can advise you and the only person I found there, I honestly don't know, was a simple employee but I asked her a question, I asked her if she could please help me choose a perfume and let me smell some fragrances. I understand that a pharmacy at rush hour at 7pm can be a bit chaotic and the employee may not have time to respond but I don't think there were people in the perfumery at that moment, she was very rude, she told me that she definitely didn't have what I was looking for without actually knowing what I needed, she turned her back and left, I remained there waiting for about 10 minutes hoping she would come back but since she didn't show up I left disappointed, I simply wanted help in purchasing a fragrance which would also have been very expensive, you have definitely lost us, Have a good day.

From the doctor Alessandro Berti to all the employees who are always courteous and professional. In the event that the pharmacy does not have a product, it will be delivered the same day or at the latest the next day. I only gave three stars because in the summer period customers run the risk of "catching" a cold due to the high temperature changes produced by the air conditioner.

Courtesy, kindness, education and always with a smile! In the end you no longer realize that you are in a pharmacy buying medicines!..... After 5 years unfortunately things have changed!! If before there were 5 stars now one is more than enough! 🤷‍♀️
