I took a medicine yesterday, today I go to take something else, kindly asking to be able to return it, given that this product has highlighted one of the side effects, I am told that by regulations the medicines must be returned on the same day, always kindly replying that the medicine is in intact packaging, I am told "no no we are not at the supermarket"... I accept the provisions but rudely addressing customers with such superficiality that it almost leads to mockery is not. I throw away the 10 euros, which don't change your life, but I know that a customer is looking for respect, and it's not the right place, so it's better to avoid it and go elsewhere.
First and last time I enter this pharmacy! Rude and unprofessional staff... In a pharmacy you cannot be rude and pay little attention to the customer. I went to this pharmacy (since it was the only one on duty) to buy a drug and I was denied the sale, because I didn't have a medical prescription, everything was said in an unpolite manner and with aggressive and not at all polite. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT GOING TO THIS PHARMACY.
