I don't usually leave reviews but when it's needed it's needed. I give one star for the rudeness and lack of delicacy in the anti-covid swab. I went to the pharmacy with symptoms to undergo a swab which will present a result of dubious reliability as the nurse (in addition to being very indelicate) took not even a fragment of a second per nostril. When I pointed this out to the gentleman at the register, I was accused of false insinuations because "the nurses have been working with us for 15 years". It's not the 15 euros wasted for a swab that will certainly have a questionable outcome but the lack of tact and little attention towards the customer. I won't go back. Given the impossibility of replying, I will simply say that I responded well to your request to have another one, but my answer was no because the nurse hurt me and was indelicate.
