there have a good staff in this pharmacy
Nightmare pharmacy: unprofessional, uninformed, rude and completely uninterested in the patient staff. In my opinion, a commercial generating activity should be characterized by maximum empathy with the customer, which is absolutely absent here. I went to take a swab and get information on assistance as an off-site student and all the pharmacists inside were rude and almost annoyed by my questions. I will never go there again.
The worst treatment received. Grizzled character on the balcony snatching the phone from his hand, bad mood, rudeness with customers on the phone. Disgusting!!!! Never again in that pharmacy!!!! a shame. Such an unprofessional place should be banned!
WORST TREATMENT ever received from a business. No decency. I called to book a swab and the person who answered me, when I asked for the times at which the test is carried out, did not provide me with an answer and reacted in an extremely annoyed tone, demonstrating rudeness, total lack of professionalism and lack of well below the acceptable level. I have never, ever received such treatment from any store.
