Courtesy and competence
I asked for some information on the phone, the gentleman was quite annoyed, he made me wait 10/15 minutes on line, the lady also arrived and made me wait 10 minutes... then I asked for the price of some medicines, they didn't even have the desire to look for it for me, a terrible experience, I usually always go to buying from them now I'll try to change pharmacy
A senseless rudeness never seen before. The sales assistant/pharmacist was rude from the first moment and did not wear a mask. After giving me the drug she even refused to print the tax deduction receipt, which was only given to me after my further request. I understand the tiredness at the end of the shift, the difficulty of dealing with customers but unmotivated and gratuitous hostility towards customers has never happened to me.
