Being a heart deceased patient , i have ordered one of my Important medicine ( Plavx 75 mg) to them, the gentleman who took the order told me to come the next day after 12:30 pm as the have to order the medicine from Central Hospital. Now , their closing time is at 1:00 pm , i reached there 10 minutes before and found this Middle aged lady who already closed tge collapsible gate ... seeing me she kept on shouting 'we have already closed' , i said that i was told to come after 12:30 pm , but she kept on cursing saying things like i came from gutter... FINALLY SHE SAID , ' NEVER EVER VOME TO THIS FARMA Y AGAIN'... it hurts.... She's been very eude ... They discriminate people... During, covid test also tgey behaved very bad ... This is not for service .. they just run a family business i think...
The Farmaciia staff were wonderful!!! Very kind, caring and helpful ! The nurse who administered the travel test however was rude, cruel and very unprofessional
Excellent pharmacy with qualified and above all very kind staff even for delicate services (swabs, blood pressure measurement and others...). In the center it is essential. Highly recommended.
The staff is wonderful and very professional.
