The kind pharmacist listened to me even when I complained and understood my disappointment. I asked for generic ibuprofen and like in two other pharmacies it was not available. They offer the branded alternatives probably because the margins are higher. Generic 2.80 euros - Brand 8.70 euros. Is there an obligation to keep generics or not?
The doctor has no idea what the drugs contain or what she is selling. Very dangerous in the event that someone has serious intolerances to some substance or food and (as a non-doctor) is unable to recognize its presence from the simple name of the ingredients of the drug and relies on you asking to check.
