Really good farmacia with qualified personnel.
Usually I get along well but today there was a pharmacist in her sixties with short hair and glasses who was very rude. And since he treated a foreign girl before me very badly. I won't set foot there again.
In this pharmacy I found professionalism and kindness, I was amazed at a courtesy to which we are no longer accustomed. Well stocked, virtually zero waiting times.
They always have the medicines I take in stock (unlike the other pharmacies in the city center) I only had to order them twice and the service was impeccable, after 12 hours they were already available. The staff is competent and courteous, I have turned to them several times for small problems related to the health card/exemptions/etc. and they always have the correct answer. But, above all, CONGRATULATIONS for the products made by you (creams/acids) my skin is reborn! In summary: Highly recommended!
Something like this has never happened to me! Instead of being helped in choosing a medicine for a person who is unwell, I was offended by the pharmacist who told me that I had to make do and that I WAS WASTING THEIR TIME! Shame on you! If you have decided to open a pharmacy it should also be because you care about people's HEALTH. If this is not of interest to you it would be better to CHANGE JOB e. open a perfumery or work as a fishmonger! SHAME!
