I came to have a swab done here, done well and without taking too long, the girl was really kind and nice! then I went out to wait for the sheet with the result and the payment with all the other customers outside... the pharmacist comes out with my result on the sheet and calling me, so far everything is ok.. then when I came to meet her when she called me, she said out loud that I'm positive, I sank into shame.. there was no need to say it like that in front of people around me, it's also privacy, I'm not angry, for the rest everything was okay and everyone was kind, the the only flaw was this... because in any case I can read the outcome on the sheet given to me!
People are nice but it's difficult to get a test like that. Not at all in the afternoon and when we got to the appointment it felt like there were already 50 people standing there. Not so well organized. Tip during Covid times, take care of it early enough if you need a test
