I went to this pharmacy during the night for an emergency, I received rude and incompetent service (I was sold a drug that was not suitable for my problem) without examining my case further.
I want to publicly thank the Doctor who on the evening of duty on 9.11.2022, with great patience, courtesy and professionalism, listened to my problem and was able to reassure us and advise us on a problem concerning my mother, after having been to the emergency room in Latina and tried we contacted the ophthalmic hospital in Rome and we did not get any response. Unfortunately, taken by the problem, I didn't ask for the name but I still wanted to express our gratitude.
Terrible pharmacy. Ask for a discount on over-the-counter products and they laugh in your face, and it wasn't the only time. I would like to point out that they will give you a discount on the same products in any pharmacy. Now I understand why I was the only customer at that moment... and I stopped there due to an emergency. Never again
