Unfortunately, I didn't see this comment, so I suffered as well. I bought it expensively and asked for a refund in 3 minutes, but it was rejected. This is truly the worst pharmacy in Italy

Really local to our hotel. They could speak English which made life easier.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. While the staff was helpful in recommending (or actually convincing) products for our daughter, I was shocked to discover that they charged us twice the price compared to other pharmacies. It's disheartening that such practices are allowed, and I feel taken advantage of as a customer. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping at this pharmacy to avoid overpaying for essential products.

Charging €6 for a little box of paracetamol which cost around 20 cent in the UK. Ridiculous prices.

Got there Sunday aft to find no less than three signs posted to indicate they should be open. They're not. No one answering the doorbell. With only two pharmacies open in the whole city on Sunday (so most people showing up here have an urgent need, and a bunch showed up), that's pretty unfortunate. Maybe they went for a late lunch but no way to tell.
