Very bad experience. I booked a package for lymphatic drainage massages on groupon, and every time I had to wait, the treatments lasted less than expected and they never apologized for any of this. I had to skip the last session (thus giving away money) because I had now been waiting for 35 minutes without any information or excuse. I don't usually leave negative reviews or even get angry, because unforeseen events happen, but at least the professionalism and kindness of dealing with the patient/customer in such circumstances.

I tried several facials with my mom. The staff is very kind and professional. I am continuing to use their different treatments because they are at a good price and the results speak for themselves (example: oxygen therapy). The pharmacy is very welcoming and very well stocked. I recommend it!!!!

Pharmacy known following a gift relating to beauty treatments. The pharmacists are all helpful and kind and although the aesthetic part is inert, I have performed several treatments for which I have tried the 3 different operators. Francesca's hands bring about rebirth and she also takes particular care in making the environment even more relaxing by inserting music and soft lights. Claudia performs a lymphatic drainage massage with excellent results... not even pressotherapy makes the legs so light. Both Francesca and Claudia have great professionalism.

At Christmas, I gave a voucher for a facial to my friend. Unfortunately, due to health problems, she was unable to use it by the deadline. I had hoped that the pharmacy doctor, understanding the situation, would have made an exception, but unfortunately this was not the case. In the end, my friend lost the gift and I lost my money. It's really a shame. 😔

My review refers to an appointment to remove semi-permanent nail polish. I'm sorry to have to leave this negative comment because until a few days ago I spent positive words with anyone who asked me for opinions on this type of service. I had had a fairly good time the previous times, but today...it would have been better not to go. I arrived at the appointment 10 minutes late and even apologized by phone before arriving. The operator has always been kind but rather clumsy. Using the cutter caused a small wound on my finger, a small amount of blood even came out and the finger is red and swollen in the injured area. In addition to this, he made me feel how delicate the cardboard file was by passing it on the back of my hand and causing irritation that I only noticed when I got home, with strong redness of the skin and burning sensation on contact with creams. The nails are a mess now, scratched and some even with grooves. I'm really disappointed and I think I have the right to be angry too. I hope you take advantage of this feedback to have greater attention in the future with other customers
