Farmacia Introcaso

I found here the only place available to get COVID test on Saturday and I’m glad for that but they told me to book the test in advance and I discovered that people were booking the test on the same date when it was running. This cause a queue of 15-20 min under the sun. Everyone was waiting and struggling in this hot conditions. It’s shame to see someone jumping the queue and the staff of the pharmacy was helping them to do it just because they were late to get their airplane. I asked why this is happening and the answer was it’s everything allowed by the doctor. This is clear an abuse and it’s really shame to see still things like this in a city of 50k people living. People of exceptional humanity, I needed an urgent home swab and they did their utmost to do it immediately, I don't know how to thank you and I can only say words of heartfelt thanks

I'm sorry, but I didn't feel good the few times I went to this pharmacy. I believe that the customer has priority and that it is better to postpone personal phone calls. Of course it's just my opinion.

Excellent pharmacy always well stocked and available advice

Pharmacy with a good assortment of over-the-counter products, cosmetics and medical-surgical devices. However, the availability of medicines is always poor, you have to order them and therefore you are forced to return a second time to collect them. Furthermore, the area is always busy so finding a parking space is a challenge.
