Those who work in the medical - pharmaceutical sector should have humanity, empathy, education and listening as their guiding star - even before competence. This pharmacy, of which I was a customer before, has become absolutely untouchable since a blonde was hired who makes arrogance, coldness and a total lack of listening and flexibility her professional hallmark. Let's not talk about the slowness at the checkout for goodness sake. It's a shame because the other lady is a distinguished person always ready to smile and listen. Due to a contingent problem I was not supported in the slightest for a possible solution nor listened to about the reasons, at the risk of being left without a very important medicine for me, without which I could feel really bad. Obviously 5 minutes later, I went to the Station Pharmacy, my problem was immediately solved with the main quality that should distinguish a professional: FLEXIBILITY I will never set foot in this pharmacy again, nor will I allow my relatives and acquaintances to do so: the humane treatment is shameful. I recommend the kindness of the Farmacia della Stazione or Farmacia del Sempione.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I requested an appointment for the hair test and the first time, the day before, they advised me that for no one knows what reasons, the appointment was canceled and to resume it the following week. The second appointment was scheduled for me one morning after 11am. After showing up at 11.15am I was told that the doctor was not present and that he would be back in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I showed up again and was told that my appointment was scheduled for 11am and that the doctor would now have other appointments to manage and to resume the appointment. Great professionalism.
