Lazy and unhelpful staff. It's hard to understand why some products are more expensive than nearby pharmacies.

My opinion concerns the swabs for covid. First swab bought in another pharmacy and done at home tested positive. Second swab done in the pharmacy by them in three seconds, without waiting even two minutes for the result, declared negative and the swab thrown away. Of the type one out and the other in (even with only one entry/exit door and customers in the queue with those who had to do the swabs). Third swab done at home, always positive. Now, after a week, I took the 4th rapid test in another pharmacy and the result was positive. Result: they were all right except for the negative they made in a hurry!

Always available and kind, always supplied, I also follow them on the internet, on Instagram, the sales assistants are always up to date on everything. I have been a customer of theirs for over 8 years and I have never found any defects.

Uncourteous and unprofessional staff considering that they refuse, and I underline refuse, debit card payments for amounts under €30. I find it unprofessional as well as being illegal and for which I will be exposed to the financial police!
