Vacation in Puglia - with an ear infection. I took drops, but after a week there was no improvement. Off to Cisternino - found a beautiful pharmacy - went in with hope! After my wife graphically described her ear pain, the very friendly and obviously competent pharmacist recommended special ear drops - 2 days later the pain was gone and the ear was free again for the first time in a week. The vacation was saved - and so once again a big thank you to the charming lady :)
