Rude and rude staff... no respect for privacy... blaming the positivity to the swab to the rooftops is shameful... as is treating people like plague victims... never again in this place... to be avoided especially for the swabs.. explain to the one who poses as a doctor that courtesy and above all professional secrecy exist.. I'm giving one star because you can't do less In response to your reply... I called desperate to find out information about swabs and more!! Miss ELISA, speaking on the phone, was able to tell me everything I needed in just a few minutes!! Nice and very kind!!

Problem: rude staff, the worst when my mother took a quick swab test which, unfortunately, was positive and was sent away in an anything but polite manner without even taking privacy into account, so much so that the results of the swab were heard by the rest of the customers and panic was rightly created in the pharmacy and my mother felt terrible embarrassment even though it's not a fault of having covid.

Rude, incompetent and provocative staff. Performs rapid tests for Covid without respecting basic hygiene rules. This caused me serious moral and economic damage. Pharmacy absolutely to avoid!
