I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with your condom machine. About two months ago, I decided to trust your product and purchased a box. However, the dispenser seemed to have a knack for retaining my precious purchase. The first time I tried it, the box stayed firmly in place, ignoring my desire for convenience. Not wanting to give up, I tried a second time, but the result was the same: zero condoms. My frustration grew, and despite being on a limited budget, I decided to give it a third try. Once again, the machine demonstrated its indifference to my money and needs. Eager to resolve this situation, I sent them a message that same evening. I expected at least a minimum of intelligence on your part, but the response I received the next day was anything but satisfactory. They asked me to go to the pharmacy for a refund, ignoring completely the fact that I wasn't from the area. Two months later, randomly finding myself in that area, I decided to give them another chance. But the treatment I received was anything but friendly. They made me feel like a begging child as I tried to get the refund I was owed. Even though they had stolen my money and I had lost my pockets, it seemed that your company was more interested in being annoyed than in solving the problem. Bottom line, your condom machine and customer service made this experience truly unbearable. Never again

The few times I entered this Pharmacy, I had to deal with the lack of humanity and professionalism of a Pharmacist, who unfortunately happened to be served by me. At each of my requests, she snorted, spoke in the ears of the other colleagues, almost annoyed in serving me, but I noticed while waiting before being served that this is her attitude towards customers in general. Then it's important that when you talk to each other you look each other in the eyes, it's part of language and empathy 🐔. I feel sorry for other Doctors who stand out for their empathy and professionalism.
