We went to ask for a pack of diapers at 10pm at this pharmacy, where the pharmacist responded rudely and when I called to ask for an explanation she continued to be arrogant (without allowing me to speak). We had to leave the town and reach another pharmacy, where the pharmacist welcomed us very kindly and asked us if we needed any other basic necessities for our little girl. The pharmacist above also told us that she cannot sell drugs without a prescription, but we had only asked for a pack of diapers (not a drug!). Rudeness is the basis of failure.
