Very good service.
A nightmare story..I got sick working in Solda..the only pharmacy in the area is in Prato allo Stelvio (I have no car). 3 days without drugs with bronchitis..the bus from Solda at 5.40pm, the return at 6.35pm ...what a nightmare..never again work in such isolated places, with the first pharmacy hard to reach.. they should organize at least for the winter period a pharmaceutical corner of essential things in Solda too...
I had forgotten prescription medication while on holiday in South Tyrol and so went to the hospital in Schlanders, where they gave me a prescription. I wanted to fill the prescription at the pharmacy in Prato on Friday at 3 p.m. The younger employee was very friendly, but since the medication had to be ordered, he had to ask his boss, who sent me home. He needs an extra prescription, comparable to a btm prescription in Germany. The prescription from the hospital is incorrect. There wasn't even a call to the hospital 20km away where I had just come from. I'm speechless, I've never experienced anything like this.
Before I or my children went to the doctor, we always asked pharmacist Dr. Hartmann Köfler, a highly competent man with competent, friendly employees.
