Very kind doctors, if a person needs explanations they are always available. We as a family have a great time at the La CERTOSA Pharmacy in Tavarnuzze W all the staff of the La CERTOSA Pharmacy thank you all for being there.
Excellent service, that of the rapid antigenic swabs offered by the La Certosa pharmacy in Tavarnuzze. Availability, kindness, organisation, competence, speed. The best of all those I have tried so far in Tuscany.
My only star, but I would have given 0 if it were possible, is for the way the swabs are made. Done in the evening, negative result (swab inserted just inside the nostrils very hastily, 1 second maximum 2, without tilting the head). Repeated the morning of the following day (swab performed with the head tilted, inserted deeply, about 3 centimeters, rotated for at least 5 seconds in each nostril) positive result. Basically, by doing swabs as they are done in this pharmacy, green passes are issued to people suffering from Covid who, thinking they are not, are free to go around and infect other people. To do swabs properly you need to waste some time. You don't have to drag it out to be able to do as many swabs as possible and have a greater profit. I'm really disappointed!
