In response to the kind Mr Stefano, the foresight in wearing a mask is due to the respect we have for our beloved customers. In fact, swabs are carried out in our pharmacy and to protect everyone we recommend entering with a mask. The ignorant one will be the one who didn't even allow me to explain myself

Of truly abysmal ignorance. Go ahead and say that you can ask to wear a "mask" (when it is no longer mandatory) but DEMAND IT because "I don't want your spitting in my face" and "the place is mine and I decide" give a perfect image of a lady who has some pretty bad problems. Change profession

The owner treats customers very badly, snooty and uncaring, even though they were clearly in the wrong. Very bad
