I have been using this pharmacy since my arrival to Siracusa, in July of 2023 and can't express highly enough my praise for them, the staff are all extremely helpful, and go out of their way to help, I would recommend them highly to anyone! My sincere thanks to them !
They are so helpful! I went in today because I fell and hurt my hand and the pharmacist suggested ointment and helped me bandage my hand. I don’t know much Italian and having help in English was so appreciated. I am so thankful.
This is a great farmacia , the staff goes out of their way to help and are very knowledgeable .
Update 2: Finally after 3 months I got refund for the extra money I was charged. Though very slow, they showed in some sense that it was only a mistake. Update 1: I contacted the pharmacy as they suggested, their emails were nice and after seeing the bill, they said it was a mistake, and promised to return the money. Up to now they did not and did not react to my follow up! I can understand that they mistakenly charged me extra, but how could they mistakenly keep the money?! (I will update my review if they do) The pharmacy was big and seemed very good, however they charged my credit card extra! And they gave me only the bill which has the correct price, but not the receipt of my credit card which is charged around double! Unfortunately i did not notice, as I saw the amount on the bill and paid contactless! Beware and double check the price they enter to the payment machine! I have seen many corruptions in Sicily but not in a big pharmacy. Very disappointed.
