Awkward treatment, rude and rude staff to say the least, in this case a blonde lady. In addition to tearing up my prescription for eye drops because it had no stamp (perhaps right, perhaps not since all I needed to do was return to the doctor to allow him to affix the supreme stamp that would have allowed the purchase via prescription), she also allowed herself to pass some gauze for 13 euros thus saying to me: "to clean the eye, what do you use the towel you normally use?". Apart from the fact that I can also pierce my eye with a fork if I feel like it or use a different towel but apart from that, I HAVE to pay 13 euros for some gauze because you decide and furthermore once I realize that the gauze they were separate and not together with the eye drops. I went in for the return complete with a newly issued receipt and I was given a hand-written voucher (the validity of which I think depends on the mood of the next person who receives me). Apparently the professionalism that we talk about so much on the site is probably as good as our knowledge of the Office package on the CV. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Lately I have noticed, with regret, a certain lack of attention to patients' needs. Antibiotic prescriptions for children read incorrectly and given the wrong drugs, refusing to give a banal drug because the GP isn't there on the weekend and more! Rudeness and little preparation.

Competent and trained staff in the clean and tidy place, in an orderly queue and they kept a safe distance. I asked for a medicine but it was only sold by prescription and they were kind enough to show us the medical guard and how to get there and then something that I didn't know. It has never happened that once I got the prescription I took the drug free of charge under prescription
